1.1 working principle
This machine is mainly developed for the cleaning of PCBA in the electronic manufacturing industry. It uses the industry's most advanced cleaning process "water-based liquid" for cleaning, achieving 100% cleaning and environmental protection. The machine is composed of cleaning system, rinsing system, drying system and filtration system. The machine takes electricity as energy and manually puts PCBA into the cleaning room. Set cleaning, rinsing, drying and other relevant parameters through the touch screen. After saving the data, start the equipment. PCBA will be automatically cleaned, rinsed and dried. When the set cleaning process is finished, the equipment will automatically stop and reset to realize the next cleaning process. This machine is very convenient for operators to clean PCBA board, and the chief mate can improve production efficiency and product quality It belongs to a new type of high-performance automatic cleaning equipment. The equipment uses water-based liquid as cleaning liquid, and DI water as rinsing liquid, without any potential safety hazard and no harm to staff.
The machine first performs the cleaning process, which generally uses "water-based liquid" as the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid needs to be preheated (the liquid temperature needs to be kept within a certain range, depending on the PCBA) to enhance the cleaning ability. During the whole cleaning process, the heated liquid is pressurized by the high-pressure pump and generates a certain pressure. The liquid enters the cleaning chamber through the corresponding pipes. There are multiple nozzles installed in the cleaning chamber. The liquid is ejected from the nozzles to form a fan-shaped water curtain to impact the surface of the PCBA plate and clean the residual objects on the surface of the PCBA plate. The liquid cleaning pressure (0.5-2kg pressure adjustable) means that when it impacts the surface of the PCBA plate, The solder paste, rosin, flux and contaminants on the surface of PCBA Board shall be cleaned by using the pressure and decomposition ability of the liquid. After the cleaning process is completed, the rinsing process is carried out. Generally, DI water is used as the rinsing liquid, and the heater is used to heat the liquid at the same time (the liquid temperature needs to be kept within a certain range, depending on the PCBA) to enhance the rinsing ability. In the whole rinsing process, the heated liquid is mainly sucked by the high-pressure pump and generates a certain pressure. Then the liquid enters the cleaning chamber through the corresponding pipes. The fan-shaped water curtain impacts the surface of the mesh plate. When the liquid impacts the surface of the PCBA plate, the water-based liquid residues and impurities on the surface of the PCBA plate are washed again by the pressure of the liquid. After the cleaning and rinsing process is completed, the large amount of hot air generated by the blower and heating wire is used for drying. When the hot air blows to the PCBA board surface, the evaporation of the liquid is accelerated, and the residual liquid is quickly taken away, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
(1) The front door and the inner door of the machine are made of transparent tempered glass. The cleaning room is equipped with LED lights to facilitate the staff to observe the spraying process in the machine and the cleaning state of PCBA. With the rubber edge design, the sealing performance is good. It is convenient to clean the deposits in the liquid tank, and can effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by gas and liquid overflow.

(8) The liquid tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor to protect the machine from working at the normal liquid level and prevent the abnormal liquid level from affecting the normal operation of the machine.
The inclined design is adopted at the bottom of the cleaning area, so that the liquid can be completely drained, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
